. Notate bugs, edge cases, findings and share this information with multiple teams, stakeholders, and with the developers.
. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
. Very strong, effective written and oral communication skills
. Minimum of 1 year experience in an analytical or customer service role desired
. Impeccable attention to detail
. Ability to multi-task under pressure in an ever changing environment
. Professional knowledge of Android OS, iOS and Mac OS desired
. Ability to keep up to date in a very fast paced environment, staying on top of policy, procedure and workflow changes and evolutions
