Job Description

As a General Manager Benihana Thailand,you will lead the operations of a Benihana outlets in Thailand. Your key duties and responsibilities will be to ensure profitable operations, achieve outlet business goals, accurately forecast business demands, work with management to develop & execute the marketing plan, auditing, oversee regular preventative maintenance, maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards, and lead by example through a hands on approach to motivate team members to excel.

You will also manage team member performance, identify any training needs, develop and deliver the required training for supervisors and team members in an effective way to maximize guest satisfaction and develop team members to enable them to achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of hospitality experience, and 2 years of previous managerial experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role.
  • Ability to manage food and beverage cost controls and operating procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork.
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent guest service skills.

Additional Information

In charge of Benihana Restaurant in Thailand (Japanese steakhouse and sushi)

  • Responsible for day to day operation of Benihana Riverside and oversight of the Benihana brand in Thailand -operations and new openings
