As Global Quality BE Change Management Manager, you will be responsible to lead a team working with cross functional team involving MFG, PEE, PDE, MEM and QMS to develop change business process in HVM, covering component assembly, component test, post E to module/SSD assembly & Test, complying to Micron QMS. You and your team are to integrate these processes to systems working closely with IT MFG and automation team. You will be working closely with Quality team applying appropriate Risk Assessment Strategies to ensure ZERO customer excursion due to change activities.
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
  • Develop and ensure robust change management process at AT MFG sites
  • Identify and strategize SMT change management process to be aligned with component assembly MFG
  • Drive continuous improvement programs and execution network wide with BKM sharing
  • Work with BCSQ team to continuously improve our quality to enable BIC performance
  • Partner with Backend Site Quality to set expectations for manufacturing processes and systems deliverables that meet or exceed customer's expectations
  • Understand the organization’s short and long-term goals, and align the team to these goals
  • Recruit, motivate, recognize and retain a highly-skilled, effective team that is geographically optimized
  • Manage all staffing, training, and technical development of the team members

Requirements:
  • Current or previous technical leadership experience or management
  • Knowledge and experience of backend manufacturing standards and processes
  • Proficiency in change control methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple complex and global projects
  • Track record of performance excellence for current area of responsibility, previous areas managed, and be recognized as having demonstrated successful leadership characteristics both in present and past jobs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or related field
