Global Support Analyst
Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Global Support Analyst for Infrastructure Platform and Engineering (IPE) on our Dell Digital team in Malaysia.
What you'll achieve
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the various Dell Product teams, vendors, and internal IPE team including Compute, Storage, and Networking Engineering teams, and other product groups. You will drive issue resolution and root cause, work on effective action plan, establish good processes that will continue to evolve, and improve our overall quality and efficiency. This position requires demonstrated leadership, and creativity as the work entails navigating new charters, and strong accountability and ownership.
You will:

  • Partner, develop relationships, and align closely with the Dell Product teams, vendors, and various engineering teams within IPE

  • Manage and track issues and determine priority levels while negotiating and setting expectations with customers and vendors

  • Drive excellence through constant follow-up and quality closures and proper escalation of issues while working closely with various stakeholders

  • Strive for efficiency and improved quality in the organization by feeding back lessons learned to avoid or minimize issues in the future and identify gaps and establish optimized processes and improvements to help us be more efficient

  • Hold periodic reviews for status updates, progress, and areas of improvement and maintain accurate documentations and issues log into tracking tool.

Essential Requirements

  • Infrastructure background

  • Ability to develop and strengthen relationships to help effect changes and improvements in the organization

  • Project Management skills, including: Managing and leading programs and initiatives, defining project scope, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Fluent English in written and verbal form

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent and 2-4 years relevant project management experience, or other equivalent experience

  • Experience with Scrum teams and Agile methods

  • Fresh Graduate encourage to apply
