HCM Payroll specialist

HCM Payroll with Thai Payroll experience

Relevant experience 6-8 years
Required HCM Payroll Consultant with Thai Payroll experience.
Good command on Thai and English language.
Strong functional and technical expertise in HCM payroll modules including payroll processing, Tax management, Time and Labour, and absence management.
Proven Experience in implementing E-Business suite HCM Payroll solutions for enterprise Customers.
Knowledge of Integration points between E-Business Suite HCM Payroll and other modules, such as core HR and Benefits.
Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for the development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production.
Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
HCM Forms (Requisition Form & Job Posting Forms & other correspondence forms)
Preparation of Configuration Document, Templates for Performance Management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex payroll processes and translate them into system configurations.
Should have Implementation experience in HCM Payroll
Good understanding of HCM modules.
Should be strong in SAP HCM Payroll control centre.
Functional exposure with HCM, HRMS, Payroll software solutions.
Ability to interact with customers, with excellent communication skills.
