Job Description


  • Supervise 3 key functions of commercial area dept including Sales and Support team, Rental Income, and Marketing.
  • Establish good working relationships with all tenants (outsider and affiliated company) to quickly & efficiently identify & resolve issues.
  • Achieve % target tenant occupancy and identifying new potential tenants including large businesses/ SMEs or local entrepreneur.
  • Review monthly P&L performance vs. targets & action plan to address any shortfalls.
  • Monitor competitor activity and feedback key issues as required.
  • Key Management Reports.
  • Weekly/ Monthly Property income & Vacancy report to top management.
  • Monthly P&L report, Aging debt.


  • At least Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • At least 8 years working experience in leasing retail space.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Well-organized, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good communication and negotiate skill
