Job Description

. Lead the team in overall growth strategy and execution of initiatives to drive revenue, profitability, and growth for the pandago vertical
. Oversee the team's operations and ensure efficiency, quality, services and cost-effective management of resources
. Build and maintain strong network and relationship with local, regional and external stakeholders
. Manage P&L of the vertical, and play a significant role in long-term planning, including setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team
. Introduce and roll out specific SOPs for the new service and manage local teams across different functions such as Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Service.
. Drive strategic partnership initiatives and acquire market leading clients to achieve growth.
. Design business and operational processes to ensure operational efficiency, service level and customer satisfaction are up to and beyond market standards.
Required Qualifications:
. Bachelor Degree in a related subject. Masters Degree / MBA preferred
. 5+ years of experience in E-commerce / start up environment
. Proven commercial and management experience. Experience in food & delivery, start-up, high tech, retail, or ecommerce industry is a huge plus
. Proven business process improvement experience
. Perseverance and stamina
. Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
. People oriented, self-motivated and with the ability to motivate others
. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
. Start-up mindset - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.
