Job description:

  • Design and optimize collection process flows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and enhance collection tools and programs to reduce portfolio losses.
  • Manage system updates and improvements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee IC4 system parameters to align with collection strategies across all retail products (AL, Unsecured, Secured).
  • Coordinate strategy changes and UAT testing with IT, TQA, and relevant teams.
  • Serve as the main contact for IC4 system issues and work with IT for timely resolution.
  • Administer IC4 user access and ensure compliance with bank policies.
  • Lead implementation of new processes, tools, and systems in line with project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above : Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience preferably in project management or process development.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and system management.
  • Strong understanding of collection strategies and tools.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using collection systems or related systems.
