Job Summary:


. As an HRBP, you need to be responsible for scopes of work below,
- HRM: Organization/ Resource Allocation/ Employee Data/ Pay roll/ Appraisal/ Time Attendance/ Welfare/ Law & Regulation.
- HRD: Co-creating with line manager and L&OD team to create up-skill and re-skill for the readiness of employees.
- People engagement & Culture Change + Community Engagement.
- Administrative Management.

. Be a partner with the line manager.
. Coordinate with a government agency, external stakeholders, and local people for good relationships and to make them understand the company policy.
. Actively promote and monitor the performance management process to ensure that it is aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
. Develop and maintain strategies to manage staff in a competent and professional way, within a framework, and within their delegated responsibilities.


. Bachelor's or Master Degree in MBA, HRM, Economics, Labour Economics, Business Admin, HR & Organization Management, Political Science, Industrial Psychology or other related fields
. Required at least 7 years experience as Human Resources Business Partner (Previous factory experience is preferable).
. Achieved minimum GPA of 2.70 for Bachelor's degree and 3.30 for Master's degree.
. TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31/BULATS at least 40.
. Be able to work and base at Nakhon Ratchasima.
. Knowledgeable in HRM and HRD.
