Participate in developing and designing training corporate plan based on company's direction and strategy, competency model, career path, and specific functional need Be part of training need analysis process as well as initiate development solutions that fit along the need Deliver training workshop according to training plan. Initiate, evaluate and follow-up training program effectiveness Take care of Functional training & development as a whole process (Co-design, Develop, Deliver, Evaluate) External training service Manage and control concerned database and document as well as ensure its efficiency Others assignment
Male/Female Age 28-35 years old Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, preferably in human resources development or related field 5+ years of learning & development or training experience. 2+ years supervisory experience. Well-rounded knowledge of L&D function e.g. training need analysis, 70-20-10 development model, Kirk Patrick Model Experience with instructional design and/or the ability to develop learning materials e.g. Presentation, Poster/Flyer, Clip VDO etc. Facilitate internal learning and development events or project Instruct and facilitate training programs and consult with BU related to learning and development Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively Good command of English both verbal and written
