The Opportunity- Permanent role
- 5.5 day, office hours
- West
The Role- End to end recruitment including selection and on-boarding process
- Optimize manpower supply for local and foreign workers
- Ensure training expenses are within training budget
- Recommend staffs at all level for training based on training needs required
- Monitor & review staff's career development and promotion
- Review and streamline compensation and benefits for efficient and effectiveness of staff engagement
- Payroll processing for 100 headcounts
Requirements- 3 years of managerial experience will be required
- Good knowledge and experience working with payroll processing
- Possess good command of written and spoken English
