An exciting HR Manager (C&B/OD) (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected local company based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting directly to SVP HR. this is a role for HROD who is a leader in their field.

About The HR Manager Role

Due to internal transformation and future expansion plans, the HR Manager will play a key role in the HR team's continued development and success in its corporate office in Thailand. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall HR Management and some OD for whole organisation sizing 2,000 ppl.+
  • Participate in salary survey, prepare salary structure and analyse compensation data
  • Survey and revisit and compensation, benefits, welfare regulations/scheme
  • Support talent acquisition by reviewing the offering compensation package to be reasonable fair & competitive
  • Develop and manage the job evaluation systems and structure
  • Manage the pay-mix and remuneration structure
  • Manage the salary increase methodology (merit increase, promotion increase, competitive adjustment)from base or mid-point
  • Be an advisor to support MD of business growth
  • Support SVP HR & OD as assigned

To succeed the role, skill of C&B, OD and HRBP are required.

Key Requirements

  • At least eight years in HRM, C&B with at least three years in supervisory level
  • Experience in salary structure, salary survey with HR consulting firm
  • Experience in job mapping process, knowledge about job evaluation, salary increase (Merit, Promotion, others)
  • Hands on, be able to lead the across function team
  • Good presentation skills
  • Thai nationality due to management is Thai
