About the role Foundational HR role to establish HR policies and processes in Thailand, with a focus emphasis on Talent Acquisition and HR policy development/implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Thailand (workforce planning, sourcing, selection, offers, onboarding etc.)
- Demonstrated 01 experience setting up HR for a new entity; experience working with regional or overseas headquarters is a plus
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with Thai labor law and company standards.
- Set up core HR operations (employee lifecycle, records, attendance, basic C&B coordination) and ensure compliant documentation.
- Advise managers and employees on HR matters and guide issue resolution in line with policy and local legislation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years HR experience, including solid TA and policy/process work.
- Deep knowledge of Thai labor regulations and HR best practices
- Strong execution, organization, and problem-solving skills; comfortable building processes from scratch.
- Proven stakeholder management and project execution in fast-paced, scaling environments
- Language: Native/Fluent Thai and good English; Chinese is a plus for regional collaboration.
- High integrity, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-growing set-up.
