- Manage and monitor all Human Resources operation: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational change.
- Manage and control manpower planning, coordinate and perform staffing strategy and responsible for the on-boarding process.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, individual development plan, career development, disciplinary actions).

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology or related fields
- At least 7 years experience in Human Resources Management.
- Type of business experience in Manufacturing or Logistics.

- Experience in conflict management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Proficiency in English communication.
