  • Oversee People & Organization database and develop HR platform as business required
  • Oversee Employee Benefit & Welfare, Employee Activity


  • Maintain/ Monitor/Govern Employee & Organization Database in SAP
  • Develop HR platform to serve business direction & strategy
  • Be responsible for payroll/compensation management
  • Responsible for medical claim ,SSO, Provident fund
  • Employee Contract
  • Recruitment & onboarding program


  • Bachelor Degree in Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management or other related (G.P.A. for Bachelor 2.70 )
  • Good command of spoken and written English and correspondence. (TOEIC at least 550/ IELTS at least 4.0/ TOEFL at least 31)
  • New grad are welcome.
  • Have a knowledge of Labor Law and HR Management
  • Proficient in Computer, including Microsoft Office (Excel,Access,Power BI,SAP-HR)
  • Have a skill of Digital Literacy
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to effectively communicate and Analytical Thinking
  • Work at SCG Headquarterand flexible to relocate & work upcountry according to career rotation plan.
