- :SCG Nichirei Logistics Co.,Ltd.-CBM





  • Responsible for all HRM operation such as, Recruitment, Time attendance & Payroll, compensation and benefits, Performance Appraisal, and employee engagement
  • Perform all HRD functions such as Training Plan, JD, OJT and organizing training class,and tax claim with Skills Development office
  • Manage employee labor issue such as, support in the handling of disciplinary issues, complaints, grievance in accordance to company policies and rules
  • Manage, direct and coordinate the needs for Administration job such as site security,CCTV, government license and compliance


  • Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Social Science, Political Science or other related fields
  • At least 5 years of experiences in HR all function.
  • Service-mind, Energetic, Well-Organized, Self-Initiates and Good Co-ordination skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Computer, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Able to drive with driving licensed(Prefer personal car )
  • Able to work at SCG Nichrei Logistics Co., Ltd (Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan)
