Work closely with HR function and business heads to develop HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
Fully lead and execute all restructuring, compulsory process and procedures, organizational change policy to support HR strategies
Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective
Analyst and manage of HR such C&B, talent acquisition, people development, employee relations, engagement, performance management, etc. to support current and future business expansion plans
Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution and career development to all levels
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
Minimum of 5 years direct experience in a HR Strategic Partner, HR Business Partner role and/or the full spectrum of human resource functions
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic perspective
Ability to operate fast moving in complex multinational environment strong leadership, self-motivated, down to earth and work under pressure
