Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Outsourcing Payroll project target to replace current payroll system with 3rd party outsource service, liaison 80+ site's HR, vendor and project team.
  • Develop application training presentation and provide training to end users.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge for applications i.e system manual and FAQ.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, escalate application problem, and drive them to closure in a timely manner
  • Pro-actively monitor application performance, and upcoming changes to the environment that may have an impact on business applications.
  • Participate in release and change management activities including testing, documentation, and deployment of applications.
  • Interact with concerned people in variety business sectors to drive project rolling as planned.
  • Collaborate with regional application support team, provide business case scenario for new enhancement or application changes, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in HRIS field
  • Proven experience background in HRIS project implementation required
  • Experienced in Kronos Time & Attendance System is preferable
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work Independently without or less guidance from supervisor is mandatory
  • Good communication both in English and Thai
  • Flexible to work and travel to several sites in outer area of Bangkok required
