Job Description

The Human Capital & Learning Manager is responsible for supporting Banyan Group's philosophy of Embracing the Environment, Empowering People through effective Human Capital and Learning initiatives. This role oversees talent acquisition, associate engagement, learning and development, performance management, and culture-building initiatives to ensure associates deliver exceptional experiences aligned with Banyan Group values and service culture.

The position plays a key role in developing people capability, fostering continuous learning, and enhancing the overall associate journey while supporting operational excellence across the resort.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in Human Capital or Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of Learning & Development practices
  • Good knowledge of Thai labor law and HR operations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
