Responsibilities:

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an HR leader with a focus on HRM, HRD, HROD, organizational design, change management, and transformation.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of driving organizational change.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
