Overview
Our client, a well-established leader in Thailand's automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Director. This role will take the lead on HR & General Affairs, while also overseeing key functions connected to IT and Procurement.
With six large production facilities nationwide and a workforce of roughly 5,000 employees, this is a high-impact leadership position. The HR Director will directly manage 1520 subordinates, with overall responsibility for a team of approximately 200 people.
What You'll Do
- Lead HR & GA functions, ensuring alignment and collaboration with IT and Procurement departments.
- Drive transformation in HR with modern practices that strengthen culture, engagement, and performance.
- Provide leadership across multiple sites, ensuring smooth operations and consistency in people practices.
- Work hand-in-hand with the CEO, who values fresh perspectives and actively supports new initiatives.
- Foster positive relations with the labor union the current environment is stable and cooperative.
- Travel regularly to provincial sites, offering hands-on leadership and support.
