Responsibilities
1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities for local positions, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding arrangements, and recruitment tracking.
2. Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, contracts, HR documentation, leave administration, and employee inquiries.
3. Coordinate monthly payroll data submission and liaise with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
4. Ensure HR practices comply with Thai labor law, social security, tax requirements, and internal company policies.
5. Support expat employees with work-related administration such as Tax ID, SSO registration, and related government documentation.
6. Assist in employee relations matters, engagement activities, and internal communication programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
7. Support HR projects and regional initiatives, including leadership programs, CSR activities, reporting, and policy implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 4-5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.
3. Good knowledge of Thailand labor law, payroll processes, and HR administration practices.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. Chinese language ability would be an advantage.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
7. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
8. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
