  • Development and implementation of regional HR policies and procedures, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations across Asean countries and ensure compliance with these laws in all HR-related activities.
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of regional HR training programs.
  • Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary issues.
  • Assist with the coordination of international payroll and benefits administration, working closely with teams and vendors as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination of immigration and work visa processes.
  • Identify and implement HR best practices to improve HR processes and services across multiple countries.

  • Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 28-35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher in Human Resources Management, Political Sceinces, Business Adnimistration or other related fields
  • At least 4 years of experiences in HR all functions.
  • Experinces in HR Overseas, international labour laws and regional compliance will be advantage.
  • Good computer skills in MS Office
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and correspondence.
