Hygiene Manager will operate according to Hyatt Food Safety Management Systems and strengthen food safety criteria within food and beverage promises. Hygiene Manager will also advise food handlers on proper handling practices and ensure their compliance. Hygiene Manager is tasked with ensuring all food and beverage outlets comply with food safety regulations in the hope of leading the hotel towards the certification for HACCP and ISO22000.
Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Thai Citizens.
At least 2 years of experience in the implementation of Quality Management Systems in the hospitality sector.
Knowledge in Quality Management Systems - FSMS, HACCP, and ISO22000
Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
