• Segment Management :
• Deploys the segment(s) strategy for Ichikoh Industries Thailand Co., Lltd

• Deploys the segment(s) strategy for all valeo's sites in Thailand(IT and Telecommunications)
• Deploys the segment(s) strategy for all valeo's sites in Asean (Building capex)
• Prepares and drives annual purchasing budget process for the segment(s);
• Thoroughly analyze spend to detect saving opportunities
• Develops aggressive QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) improvement plan and obtains GSD validation
• Monitors and produces analysis on key performance indicators
• Collaborates with Group and Regional segment(s) team to maximize value to the business and deploy best practices
• Supplier Management :
• Builds/maintains/enhances relationships with suppliers assigned by Group Indirect Purchasing Segment Directors (global suppliers) and by Region Indirect Purchasing Manager (region suppliers) in order to achieve QCD performance:
• Conducts Group / Region negotiation
• Pilots Top Worst Suppliers meetings
• Proposes NBOH (New Business On Hold) when necessary
• Is the escalation point in case of crisis
• Defines productivity reservoir
• Manages supplier risk
• Works closely with key suppliers to generate innovative ideas which enable business growth or improve process efficiency
• Stakeholder Management :
• Ensures appropriate stakeholders are identified and managed
• Understands strategic business requirements
• Builds/maintains/enhances relationships with stakeholders to ensure their buy-in of the segment(s) strategy
• Sourcing Process Management:
• Manages the sourcing process such as supplier panel, RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Proposal), Pre-So Co (Sourcing Committee) and So Co to ensure compliance to the policies, right selection of a supplier, supply, quality, service and cost
• Proactive Cost Management :
• Achieves cost control and cost reduction targets, and adds value to area of expenditure through a strong total cost management in line with business goals and segment(s) strategy

• Leads the purchasing process including RFI, RFP, negotiations, and contracting to put in place the right suppliers
• Negotiates at tactical and strategic levels to develop local, regional, global contracts

• Uses thorough market knowledge and data analysis to gain critical insights that drive the segment(s) strategies and continuous improvement activities

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
• A minimum of 7 years of general business experience is required with at least 5 years+ experience in sourcing/purchasing
• Work experience in the automotive related industry and/or indirect purchasing space is preferable
• Project management skill is required
• Experience in supplier management, competitive bidding, negotiation, writing contracts is required
• Experience with multi-site operations is preferred
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills are required
• Conceptual understanding SAP is preferred
• Good at English communication skills
