Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing facility management, infrastructure systems, and engineering operations across multiple branches. The role ensures efficient operation, maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of facilities, conveyor systems, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facility Management & Maintenance
Manage and maintain all facility systems across 13 branches, including:
2. Project & Investment Management
- Oversee new facility investments, upgrades, and expansion projects.
- Prepare project feasibility studies, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Conduct CAPEX,AOP Request for approval, Co-working with Finance
3. Conveyor System Management
- Design and get approval from Regional Engineer & Ground Operations
- Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of conveyor systems across all branches.
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and minimal downtime.
4. Facility Relocation & Strategic Planning
Conduct location studies to identify optimal sit es for branch or facility relocation.
- Efficiency Design and Rollouts Operation Equipment
Prepare business proposals and presentations for management/board approval.
- Co-working with Regional Engineer and Finance
- Co-Working with Local Customers
Manage relocation execution, including vendor coordination and contract management.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Collaborate with Safety Office to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Implement safety measures in facility design and operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
6. Standardization & Process Alignment
Work closely with Security on Security System ( X-Ray Mechanics, Facility Access Controlling,..)and made facility to align with TAPA Standard
Work closely with GSOP (or corporate standards team) to:
- Align facility layout and processes with company standards
- Improve operational efficiency and consistency across branches
7. Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage external contractors and service providers.
- Oversee contract renewals and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is more advantage, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 7 to 10 years experience in related fields
- Strong experience in facility management or infrastructure engineering
- Knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Project management and multi-site operations experience
