Injection Molding Process Engineer

Job Description

Accountable for plastic injection technology. Trial for a good parameter in the new Moulding tool , Relocation tool and in house tools. Problem analysis injection trouble and cooperate with lead plant for get sharing knowledge and support in the project improvement . Develop and keep consistency ALS system for manufacturing software .scope in the connector business

• New molding tools trial and made injection condition process standard, experiment of new molding tools, to provide efficiency of process and production at right for quality.
• Release documents that relevant with all process molding trial, Machines process parameter control.( eg. 0 - Series protocol , Quality insurance , Molding card )
• Support for MAE technical release for molding machine and ensure performance are on machine specification
• Be a Window person for software back up management and implement IT security for ALS host software molding machine area and support for problem solving when ALS breakdown
• Competence development to specialist level in the topic Plastic injection process, Mold tools development and ALS software
• Lead for practical problem solving and troubleshooting to support Manufacturing smooth running also support project improvement injection process
• To be admin for ALS software also Training and transfer knowhow for ALS host software to Setter + MEF
• Support for create document control system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Plastic Injection, Polymer, Chemical, Petro Chemical Engineer, Tool and Die or related filed
• Experienced for Plastic Injection for manufacturing and expertise for adjust parameter of machine and able to solve problem of Plastic Injection process
• Good Collaboration and able to work with cross functional
• Leading myself ability and other to achieve goal target
• Good in English
