Inspection operator
Job Description
- Produce / Inspection parts follow standard
- Work under company regulation and department work standard
- Confirm machine, equipment and cleaning before start work
- Cleaning and 5S in responsibility working area
- Suggestion for continue improvement of production process
- Operate process with Poka Yoke
- Label printing and labelling of boxes
- Kanban scanning/ Kanban Leveling
- Check quantity, Labeling, part number/ model (Similar to dock audit)
- Other job assign by team leader
Qualifications
- Secondary school or higher
- Visual inspection/ Change over/ Component assembly
- Quality follow requirement of company and production to follow the company regulation & Production
