Job Description

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Assist team lead in using data to drive (including but not limited to):
    • Business strategies and direction
    • Portfolio managements
    • Operational efficiencies
  • Perform in-depth portfolio segmentation analysis to drive business following digital marketing strategies
  • Work with management, sales, marketing and support teams to provide data and analytic
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns using statistical techniques in complex data sets
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our data sources, tables and data relationships
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis peer support to team members
  • Create excitement and maximize engagement of relevant online audience through social media channels and mobile media
  • Initiate various online marketing campaigns such as viral marketing, Pay Per Click (PPC or SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) as related or non-related to insurance product
  • Monitor the website Facebook, Line and other new digital channel traffic, activities, search results contact and close sales
  • Analyze reports from online channel by a monthly basis with insurer and related parties
  • Provide analysis of each online marketing campaign and suggest corrective actions and modified plans
  • Manage and Ensure that all communication campaigns, ads and products are in place to all channel (Website, Facebook Line OA)

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing management, MIS, MBA or other related fields
  • Experience in Digital Marketing Strategic, Campaign Management, Online Media and Content Management (insurance product would be advantage)
  • Experience in Visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI
  • Technical skill in Python or SQL
