Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation for audit matters
  • Gather and control information related to audit preparation such as Control Self-Assessment (CSA)
  • Analyze and evaluate available documents
  • Draft the internal audit plan
  • Support manager or superior to review a draft of the mid-term internal audit plan
  • Support manager or superior to create the basic audit plan (Annual Business Plan)
  • Create an Annual Internal Audit Plan based on the results of CSA and Risk Assessment
  • Internal audit implementation
  • Create an audit implementation plan and audit check sheet
  • Implement internal Audit
  • Create audit records and hold the conference with audited companies and department
  • Create audit reports and provide feedback to audited companies and department
  • Report the audit results to the management
  • Follow up on the pointed-out audit items
  • Implementation of diagnosis works
  • Support cause analysis and consideration of countermeasures
  • Ensure the implementation of countermeasures and follow up on incomplete matters
  • Ensure the efficiency of improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Administration, or related field
  • (Master's Degree is an advantage)
  • Experience in the Internal Audit field is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry's standards and regulations (Advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization at all levels
  • Advanced Business English, JPLT Level 2 or higher
  • Microsoft Office
  • Improvement and maintenance skills related to internal audit technique, and understanding of the related law and regulations trends.
  • Leadership skill
  • High degree of integrity, responsibility, and professional ethics
  • Excellence in communication and problem-solving skill
  • Proactive and good team player
