Preferred Qualifications
The Internal Talent Advisory Consultant role will be focused on supporting internal employees and managers in the EMEA region. This process will focus on internal displaced employees looking for full time positions as well as internal employees looking for other full time opportunitieswithin the organization.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- meeting with internal employees to review areas of interest
- educating employees on processes for locating open positions as well as procedures for internal transfers
-serve as a liaison between the candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
- field questions from all parties involved surrounding the internal hiring process
-develops, implements, and/or maintains employment and other recruiting programs.
Work closely with Oracle management to identify internal hiring needs. Will interface with Oracle%27s iRecruitment web tool to support recruiting programs. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records. Compile and analyze data and prepare reports for senior management.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Travel as needed. 2 years related experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent.
