Job Description

1) Responsible for overall internship management topic of Hemaraj Plant (coordinate with shared service team, new interns orientation, intern's documents management, etc.)
2) Support recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, phone interview and scheduling interviews.
3) Support in personnel marketing tasks such as company-activity arrangement and career-day events
4) Support tasks assigned by HRBP such as create monthly report, and support department-workshop arrangement
5) Support HRD tasks such as company's workshop and training


Qualifications

1) Currently a Bachelor's degree student in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Social Science or related fields
2) Minimum 4 months of internship period (starting from May 2024)
3) Good command of English and Thai (some of tasks require coordination with foreigners)
4) Have basic knowledge of HR
5) Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office programs and Canva
6) Be active and eager to work and learn

Working conditions
. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5:30 pm.
