Key Roles and Responsibilities
Identify quality procedures, standards, and specifications for IT operations to ensure efficiency to support business performance
Implement IT plans and directions to manage and monitor IT quality assurance, including specifying quality requirements, setting quality standards, and investigating to ensure effective IT operations and support business achievement
Monitor and manage record and analysis of statistic information to develop quality procedures for IT operations
Provide coaching and technical knowledge to IT staffs to operate along with quality standards and support IT operations for the organization effectively
Coordinate with several functions to investigate and find IT solutions to support each function performance and contribute to business achievement
Monitor making technical reports of IT quality assurance to summarize the investigation and resolution and propose to the direct supervisor for improvement
Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management Attention to details
Understand rules, regulations, and policies about quality assurance for IT operation
Have good communication skills - verbal and written
Have strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
