Japanese or Korean and English Speaking Sales Operations Advisor
Our Early Solutions Engagement team provides end to end deal support during the lifecycle of the deal.The Regional Digital Enablement member is part of Early Solutions Engagement (ESE) and will play a key role in the overall implementation of the Digital Enablement strategy for ESE and sales. The role calls for collaboration, attention to detail and strong stakeholder relationships.

What you'll achieve
As a Sales Operation Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the large deals, improving deal velocity, creating the compelling proposals, managing the compliance via supporting contract review. You will work with sales, solution, finance, legal and operation teams on delivering great customer experience.
You will:

  • Drive Awareness of Tools and processes within the region. This will include providing training to our internal teams and partners.

  • Understand the benefits of RFPE and communicate these to ESE and sales to enable compelling and compliant proposal creation.

  • Understand local customer requirements and identify new localized content needs by working with sales and ESE.

  • Be responsible for developing region specific content including translation in local language (English to Chinese or Japanese)

  • Identify corporate content for translation into local languages

  • Ensure content quality is maintained and updated as needed

  • Support RFPE improvement by providing region feedback from sales and ESE back to Digital Enablement team.

  • Support ESE automation initiatives in APJC as needed.


  • Advanced skills in MS Word and PowerPoint

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Japanese or Korean and English

  • Must demonstrate strong Presentation skills

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Ability to learn internal tools

  • Some analytics

Our Early Solutions Engagement team provides end to end deal support during the lifecycle of the deal. We work with sales from opportunity pipeline review stage all the way through to booking. We bridge between sales and other finance & operations teams to help create compelling, compliant proposals for sales to win more. You will play a key role to ensure the customer proposal is fulfillable by working with key stakeholders. To help drive deal velocity, our deal operations team help sales and customers to navigate the complex deal ecosystem and remove roadblocks to speed things up. Your experience with will feed into the transformation projects we drive for deal velocity.
