Japanese Speaking Senior Sales Operations Analyst ( Support Japan)
Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A link between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes - from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. What you'll achieve
As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills. Ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to realize expected business outcomes. To be successful in this role you must be passionate about customer service and have strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for working with key business functions, i.e., Sales, Finance, IT, BI, and other strategic business partners. You will work closely with Sales to deliver strategic insights and provide solutions to challenges.
You will:
. Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support
. Manage order fulfilment
. Research customer or order problems, working cross-functionally to resolve process inefficiencies
. Serve as intermediary for order status, issues and inventory management
. Coordinate communications and share information with our sales force and cross-functional organizations

Essential Requirements

  • Be a key point of contact in support for GBO including managing process and driving effective support in conjunction with pipeline management to ensure business predictability as and when needed.

  • Provide reporting on pipeline and forecast to regional GBO.

  • Manage/present business performance/KPI results in to key internal stakeholders and drive implementation of best practices.

  • Be a key business partner to other teams when identifying and driving cross-functional resolutions to operations issues.

  • You will build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and working relationships with multiple teams across the business to understand available data and identify growth opportunities for the business.

  • You will use Case Management to provide efficient support on a wide range of topics.

  • Analytical problem solving - analyze available information, use relevant data to identify trends, offer practical and effective solutions to simple and complex problems

  • Work with raw data and present in a professional manner

  • Support deal management processes

Desirable Requirements
  • 5 years plus sales operations experience within a fast-paced high-tech organization
  • Fluency in Japanese, English and Mandarin essential. Team member will be expected to support Japan business from Dalian.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand policies and processes at a company
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with BI tools
