Junior F&B Manager / F&B Executive

TreeHouse Villas and Paradise Koh Yao are 5- and 4-star properties located on Koh Yao Noi Island approximately 45 minutes away from Phuket Island.

Both resorts cater for a demanding international clientele expecting a very high standard of service and facilities.

We are now inviting European hotel management school graduateswith F&B experience to apply for the above position at for both resorts.

·       Must speak fluent English and one more European language.

·       Some experience as Asst. F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager in a luxury resort in SE Asia.

·       A passion for F&B and high quality food and services with an eye for details.

·       An outgoing personality and a high degree of flexibility.

·       The ability to integrate and adapt your work style to a team of local team members.

·       Ability to live and work on a remote island on at least 5 to 6 days per week.

·       Emotionally mature, accepting challenges and change on a regular basis.

·       A degree of independence, and a creative approach to make things happen.

·       Commit to a minimum one-year work contract.

·       A sense of humor and the ability to close an eye on the odd occasion.
