These responsibilities include some of the following: Building GSK reputation, manage the relationship between GSK and the key contacts in top 20% accounts Establishing a clear partnership with the account(s) that delivers a win-win for the patients, customers and GSK Resolving key customers issues and complaints Developing a complete understanding of key account needs Anticipating key accounts changes and improvements Managing communications between key accounts and internal team Building and executing Account Plan to define and implement Market Access, Supply opportunities & ensure product availability for treatment Owning activities to support above Account Plan's objectives Working with design, FF team, creative, promotional, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same accounts to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all customers needs met Collaborating with the FF team to maximize profit Providing insights and market intelligence to key internal stakeholders to support the development of a robust and effective business/tactical plan Why you Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Doctor or Pharmacist: required 2+ years healthcare experience in sales: required Currently working in a multi-national company: an added advantage Management degree/diploma: an added advantage Strong knowledge of tender law & customer/business strategy: preferer Understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems: preferred .LI- GSK Why GSK At GSK, we have already delivered unprecedented change over the past four years, improving R&D, becoming a leader in Consumer Healthcare, strengthening our leadership, and transforming our commercial execution.
