Act as the key contact for all responsible accounts in all areas, building strong relationships across customer departments (Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, and supporting functions),
providing prompt support, addressing urgent issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage overall business performance in line with agreed KBI targets including Revenue, Volume, Profit, DME, AR, Service Level, VPE and In-store Execution.
Manage and monitor DME spending to align with company strategy. Provide monthly updates and coordinate closely with HTP teams to minimize risks and manage contribution sharing.
Develop and implement Customer Plans and Activity Plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, lead negotiations for bidding and agreement renewals, and ensure timely execution.
Drive in-store excellence by executing marketing and sales strategies by proposing initiatives or campaigns to strengthen customer partnership and drive sales
Follow Key Account Management routines by preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews, Business Plan, T2T meetings, and followed by Minute of Meeting
Develop strong relationship with customers in all level.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management / Marketing or Relevant
3 Years minimum experience for Key Account Eat & Drink is required.
Strong time management, leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, flexible, with a growth mindset and a strong can-do attitude.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, to engage with Key international QSR banners
