Reporting to the Associate Category Manager in the local marketplace team, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for the planning and management of top Tools & Home Improvement seller portfolio on Lazada to ensure performance improvement & growth contribution to the overall category by identifying opportunities gaps, managing communication and relationships, and helping to unlock seller potential and growth. To accomplish this, you will be provided with independence and support to drive portfolio performance working across the cluster with Category Managers, Associate Category Managers, and Community Managers within your category and supported by cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly environment.You will receive the opportunity to drive impact within the category and your portfolio, independence and ownership, and the opportunity to develop essential skills across the spectrum negotiation and communication, portfolio strategy, implemen
Responsibilities
- Manage High Key Accounts and High Potential sellers within subcategory (30-50 accounts), ensure they are growing in the same direction of the related category, build new/potential sellers to become bigger and stronger within category
- Drive sales, order and buyer growth of sellers in portfolio including launching seller specific initiatives, identifying and actioning opportunities within sellers and portfolio Drive seller engagement to the platform: Drive engagement in terms of new assortment building, campaign participations, Flash sales, tools adoption and deal hunting Manage internal seller community via Line groups, FB or Forums, maintain high level of engagement within key communication channels
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Experience: At least 2-4 years of prior experience is preferred Background: Sales & Marketing, Business, Key Account Management, Retail (Offline/Online)
- Skills: Analytical skills, Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, Communication & interpersonal skills, Partnership skills, systematic thinking, problem-solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis, and good verbal & written communication both Thai and English Attitude: Highly driven and motivated to drive impact and change, positive attitude and desire to learn and grow, strong ownership, team spirit and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong ownership and attention to details
