About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for building strong partnerships with key customers, expanding business opportunities, and driving long-term growth in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate has proven experience in account management and sales, with strong knowledge of the Thai energy market.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure customer needs are met, resolve issues effectively, and maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and business performance.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts on account performance and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or B2B sales, with at least 2 years managing key accounts or major projects.
- Proven track record in the solar, renewable energy, or power solutions sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Thai energy market, including developers, utilities, EPCs, and distributors.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with experience closing high-value deals.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
