Job Overview

As a KOLs Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influential individuals in the realms of crypto, blockchain, and Web 3.0 industries. This role involves developing strategies to maximize the impact of KOLs, monitoring their performance, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. With hands-on experience in advertising operations, tools, affiliate marketing, and KOLs management. This role is for someone passionate about influencer marketing, skilled in optimizing campaigns, and adept at working collaboratively with influencers, agencies, and partners to elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and recruit KOLs and influencers that align with each campaign's objectives, monitor and optimize KOLs performance for maximum ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with KOLs and partners to develop and execute affiliate marketing programs, from strategic planning to operational execution.
  • Manage communications and build relationships with KOLs and third-party agencies for joint collaboration on various products, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Measure and report on the performance of KOLs campaigns, assessing the outcomes against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Assist in developing communication for products across all communication channels, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Work closely with the product marketing and content team member, and creative team to ensure that messaging, branding, and creative elements are optimized for performance across all marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to inform strategy and tactics.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance marketing strategies and campaign outcomes, voice innovative ideas, and uphold a high standard of excellence in all duties, avoiding complacency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in KOLs management and marketing including direct experience with affiliate marketing.
  • Genuine interest in market and industry-specific digital and social media trends, content trends, and general marketing practices for global, regional, and local markets
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with KOLs, influencers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
