The Role
As a launcher specializing in Sales & Operations, we are looking for an energetic personality to help us get things really up and running for our business in Bangkok and beyond. As part of this, you will be expected to work closely with our global leadership team. You're effectively a Supercharger; you augment the team's existing capabilities and skill sets by taking them further and faster with your presence.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 4 to 6 years of working experience ideally in an early stage tech venture, consulting, or investment banking. The candidate is also expected to be fluent in English and be comfortable working with a global team.

What You Will Do

  • Sales: Prospecting, pitching and negotiating deals with businesses both large and small, enabling klikit to be active in as many locations as possible.
  • Partnership Management: Help establish and build excellent relationships across Businesses, Kitchens, Aggregators as our core customers ensuring that our offering is competitive and effective.
  • Operations: You'll assist in defining the key outcomes for clients in your market and work with the central operations teams to drive them.
  • Develop & Optimize Processes: Help design processes that scale as we grow, experimenting with new growth tactics and refining how klikit will best perform in the market.
  • Build and Back the Team: Help hire great local talent who believe in the vision and have the same unwavering passion and drive for it as you do supporting the leadership in whatever ways needed; especially on interviewing and evaluating.
Key Deliverables (first 90 days)
  • Get 100 locations live (understand the product, find ideal customers, get them aboard)
  • Audit existing GTM strategy (confirm best approach for when/how/where launch)
  • Boots on ground presence (key account relationship building where required)
  • Aid onboarding of any early team members (as/when hired)
  • Documentation of early process builds (sales, customer success, etc.)
  • Product feedback loop (localisation of product in the Thailand market)

  • Strong Communicator: you have a strong EQ and communication skillset to be able to work and connect with a wide array of stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures. Must be fluent in English
  • P&L Expertise: you are able to expertly own and manage the P&L of the business
