Report to: Human Resources Development Manager
MISSION
As the Learning and Development Executive, your mission, in reference to company work standards and local regulations, is to ensure the effectiveness of People operations and initiatives. This involves seamlessly executing processes such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning and Development, Administration, Documentation, Projects Management, and other requirements.
Committed to continuous improvement and adopting a lean approach, with a versatile mindset and proactive stance, you will contribute to cultivating a positive work environment and advancing organizational HR goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment process, starting from a recommendation and evaluation recruitment channel(s), job postings, candidates screening and proposal, interview scheduling and job offer.
Responsible an onboarding program by ensuring the completion toward the requirements, checklist.
Coordinate and facilitate on-the-job training in collaboration with people managers. Ensure its completion with quality per set timeline.
Support the implementation and execution of employees training and development programs.
Responsible to the administrations, including documentation and coordination concerns employee's welfare and other projects, both country and regional initiatives.
Ensure an accuracy in employees record and/or document, correction, completion, and timely.
Ensure 100% compliance, Quality Management System, Labor laws and regulations and Group Knauf Work Standards.
Commits to continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing People's processes and practices.
Uphold a high level of integrity, respectful and professional manners.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English, speaking and written.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office applications. Knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
Detail-oriented, Well-organized, Ability to manage a complexity, Independent and Willingness to go beyond.
Collaborative and good interpersonal and communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving to address HR-related issues and contribute to solutions.
Acting with integrity and professional manners.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years direct experience in Human Resources Management.
Work experienced from multinational company and/or building material.
