Leasing Manager (Luxury & Fashion)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the leasing (Luxury & Fashion), tenancy negotiations and lease management activities of malls under The Mall Group.
• Assist implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the malls.
• Recommend trade, tenancy mix and target brands based on the malls’ concept and positioning.
• Liaise with both internal-departments and external parties for lease and tenant related matters.
• Lease Administrations: MOU, Letter of Offer (if any), Lease Agreement (if any), Documentation Tracking, Variations, liaison with internal and external related departments/parties.
• Obtaining up-to-date marketing intelligence and latest trends of the assigned category.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communication Arts or any related field
• 7 years of experience in Retail Business or Real Estate as well as Leasing experience in shopping malls.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English or any other languages is a plus).
• Adaptable problem-solver.
• Service-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Well organized with an attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS-Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
