  • Manage export logistics operations including freight booking in order to achieve KPI and SLA agreed with customer.
  • Coordinate with related parties (i.e. carriers, transport vendor, warehouse) regarding any concerning issues to deliver service promptly.
  • Promptly communicate, provide information clearly to customers without any late response.
  • Manage and improve working process and enhance service level in meeting customer's changing needs.

:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management, International Business, MBA or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years experiences in Shipping line, Freight forwarding or any related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of incoterms and International Logistics are required
  • Service-mind, Energetic, Well-Organized, Self-Initiates and Good Co-ordination skills
  • Proficient in Computer, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
