Machine Maintenance Junior Staff

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Plan maintenance and predictive maintenance.
2. Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause and sustainable countermeasure.)
3. Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) plan.
4. Work with related function to follow up, update and closed OPLs.
5. Record, analysis, daily tracking Main KPIs of %Technical loses, MTBF, MTTR and Maintenance cost to achieve Business Plan target.
6. 5S and Safety work
7. Contribution of ISO14001 and ISO45001 target.
8. Create work instruction, TPM plan and predictive maintenance plan.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical.

Special Skills: CNC Machine, HMI, Servo motor and Anodizing process

Language Proficiency Level: Able to communicate in English.

1) Experience in manufacturing machine maintenance at least 5 years.

2) Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and software.

3) Problem solving skill.

4) Strong leadership.
