Job Description
  • Being a candidate of a future management member of a growing start-up in the hospitality industry
  • Taking 3 roles as a trainee in 3 major functions of the business (Hotel Sales&Marketing / Hotel Operation / B2B Business Development) in 3 years.
  • After 3 years, taking one of the 3 roles that you experience, or possibly other functions within the company

1st year: Hotel Growth Marketer @ Sales&Marketing Department of Corporate Office
a. Managing online travel agents (OTA) and offline travel agents to maximize room revenue
b. Managing hotel website and booking engine to maximize room revenue in the direct channel
c. Planning and managing online marketing channels (SNS, etc.)
d. Analyze, study competitors, and compare with past room revenue records to come up with best pricing strategy and continuously update room rate and promotions on OTAs

2nd year: Guest Service Agent @ a property in Bangkok or other cities
a. Work at a property as a front office staff and F&B service staff to learn how the operation work at a hotel
b. Closely work with management members of a property

3rd year: Assistant of Business Development @ Business Development Department of Corporate Office
a. Working for a goal of signing management contract to sell company's operation service to hotel owners
b. Creating proposal and P&L estimate for hotel owners
c. Dealing with owners to arrange meetings, drafting contracts, negotiation, etc. together with senior members of the department

4th year and later: Stepping up within the organization
a. You and the company management will have a discussion to choose a long-term career within the organization.
b. The permanent role can be from one of the 3 roles that you experience as a trainee.
c. The permanent role can be a position that is outside of the 3 roles also pre-opening management, off-line sales, branding/marketing, corporate strategy, etc.
QUALIFICATION
RequirementMUST
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field .Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good English skill
  • Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary
  • Being able to travel frequently

  • Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to build a global hospitality chain of 1,000 properties
  • Strong passion/motivation for a start-up business
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership, critical thinking, initiative and creative person
  • Willing to learn in various fields and making a contribution to a company at the same time
  • With a tremendous energy level, pushing oneself to do a hard-work

Basic SalaryAround 24,000THB /month
