Market Access, Reimbursement and Policy lead

A leading global pharmaceutical company is strengthening its market access capability in Thailand at a pivotal moment - with an established in-market portfolio and a significant pipeline of innovative medicines on the horizon. The person who joins now will help shape how these treatments reach patients across Thailand's healthcare system, working within one of the most structured and consequential payer environments in Southeast Asia.

This is a role for someone who understands that market access is not a support function - it is where science meets patients.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or government affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Thailand
• A solid understanding of Thailand's healthcare system - including the UCS, CSMBS, and SSS frameworks, NLEM processes, and NHSO dynamics
• The ability to construct and communicate compelling value propositions to payer and government audiences
• Experience working on specialty or innovative products is an advantage but not essential
• Intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and a genuine commitment to improving patient access
• Fluency in Thai and strong working proficiency in English
