Get to know the Role
Leadthe planning, strategizing and execution campaigns from end-to-end to drive sales anddemand in all cities with GrabFood except Bangkok. You will be accountable for all new growthinitiatives including budget management and target tracking. Our ambition is to paint all cities inThailand with GrabFood!
To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressurein a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should be able to break down complex issues intoexecutable strategies and detailed tactics.
The day-to-day activities
  • Plan and lead all marketing campaigns for other cities markets from end-to-end
  • Initiate, plan and execute new scalable campaigns with local market insight
  • Work closely with business operation team to drive business growth
  • Work seamlessly with other marketing & other departments, to execute marketing campaignsuccessfully
  • Work closely with Growth team to excel the business in all possible aspect, including but not limitedto solve any business challenge
  • Manage and lead the discussion with external parties (i.e. Agencies or business partners)
  • Able to work closely and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Support partner negotiation, partner contracts and adherence to operating budget of Marketing
  • Perform post-mortem in a data-driven manner to justify campaign target and business target
  • Ensure budgets are planned, tracked and spent efficiently

The must haves
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer marketing (either in campaign management, partnerships/brand marketing or marketing communications) with exposure on online and offlinemedia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other advertising.
  • Able to create and articulate creative briefs and new campaign initiative
  • Excellent in project management skill and PMO skill
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent negotiation skill to work with both internal team and external parties (i.e. media agency,digital agency, activation agencies
  • Enjoys brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas, seeing it come to life and learning from it.
  • Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • High level of CAN DO attitude and hunger for success
