Job Description

Job Purposes
Responsible for managing and implementing policy and direction development for the operations of marketing communications, including promotional campaigns, public relations, and corporate image, in order to inform target market about products and service through trade exhibitions, store signs and billboards, television and radio advertising, and social media, to achieve sales and marketing objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
- Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Create communication and marketing strategies for new Campaign, launches, events, and promotions.
- Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
- Prepare detailed media activity reports.
- Lead and control the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Control Key visual, Branding and all campaign in Robinson lifestyle.
- Lead and control the Creative Manager.
- Bachelor or Master degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
